Nick Kendall to Serve as the Fourth National President of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc.

 

After serving 11 years as National President, Bro. B.J. Jackson will pass the baton to Bro. Nick Kendall. The inauguration for this momentous event will take place in Austin, Texas at the 25 Year Anniversary Celebration on March 23, 2013.

 

Houston, Texas September 3, 2012 – National Programming Director, Bro. Nick Kendall, from the Alpha Genesis chapter, will serve as the next National President of Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc. Bro. Kendall will be inaugurated at the Gamma Phi Delta 25 Year Anniversary Gala on March 23, 2013. The transition comes at a time when the organization is positioned for growth and expansion.

Bro. Kendall joined Gamma Phi Delta Christian Fraternity, Inc. in the spring of 2001. He served in the chapter as its president for 2 years. Upon graduating, he remained active and served faithfully as National Programs Director in 2007. Prior to joining the NEC, he served on the National Orientation Process Enhancement Committee in 2006. Through his service, he led several key programs. He was co-chairman for the One Accord Conference, chairman for the Gamma Phi Delta National Conference, he also was the coordinator of the Perry Kay Scholarship and Project 21 among a few others.

President Bro. B.J. Jackson is optimistic about the future of the fraternity. “The organization is in great hands. We have assembled a team of great men to lead this organization. I have no doubt that under the leadership of Bro. Kendall, that he will lead us to be a premier fraternity, that is, a Christian Fraternity.” President Jackson has served as the 3rd National President since 2003. He will be transitioning all his responsibilities to Bro. Kendall over the next 6 months. “Serving as the leader of this great organization has taught me much about business, boldness, brokenness and brotherhood.” President Jackson looks forward to serving on the board of Presidents – specifically to raising capital to fund projects and initiatives for the fraternity.
